As the complexity of the job increased, our design and construction management abilities grew. Our drafting and design capabilities began with one draftsman drawing by hand on a portable board. Currently, we have multiple, full time drafters working with the latest version of Auto CAD. We have evolved into a state of the art design/build contractor, with most of our projects being designed in-house, working closely with independent engineering for yield efficient and cost efficient design solutions. The Marawood design/build process yields accurate cost and schedule analysis for efficiently constructible projects. Detailed, up-front designs and scheduling is critical for successful projects.

Design build is a construction project delivery system where the design and construction aspects are contracted for with a single entity known as the design-builder.
